When and Where is the Show?

Saturday, May 17, 2014 at Centennial Olympic Park in downtown Atlanta.  Gates open at 3:00pm and the concert will run until 11:00pm.  The event is Rain or Shine.

Are tickets required?  Where do I get them?

Tickets are required for entry and may be purchased in advance at www.ticketalternative.com or at the gate, subject to availability. General admission tickets are $40/advance, and will be $45 at the gate. VIP Experience tickets are $135/advance and will increase to $150 on the day of the show. All tickets on the day of the show are subject to availability, so buy in advance and make sure you don’t miss out!

Do I have to be certain age to attend?  Or does my child need a ticket?

Party in the Park is open to attendees of all ages and we encourage families to attend.  Children under 32 inches tall do not require a ticket for admission.  All attendees under 16 years old should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Is Party in the Park wheelchair accessible?

Yes, all entrances to the park, vendor village, food court and main concert area are wheelchair accessible.

What’s the best way to get to Party in the Park?

We recommend our concert goers ride MARTA to the CNN Center station.   For drivers, please carpool and park at the Georgia World Congress Center’s Red Deck.  For a helpful guide to getting to the park, please visit http://www.centennialpark.com/index.php/plan-your-visit/hours-directions

What’s provided at Party in the Park?

What am I allowed to bring in?

-       (1) sealed, plastic bottle of water per person
-       Personal soft backpack or bag no larger than 11×17 (subject to search for prohibited items)
-       Blankets
-       Soft-backed collapsible chairs
-       Point-and-shoot digital cameras (with no detachable lens)

What am I not allowed to bring in?

-       Pets
-       Glass
–       Tents
–       Professional Cameras or Video Equipment of any kind
-       Coolers or picnic baskets
-       Food, alcohol or other beverages
-       Framed backpacks or bags
-       Drugs
-       Weapons
-       Fireworks
-       Umbrellas of any kind
-       Hard-backed chairs or non-collapsible chairs
-       Cameras with detachable lens

May I leave and re-enter (In & Out)?

No re-entry is permitted.  In cases of medical or personal emergency, please visit the security coordinator at any one of the entrances for assistance.
